Balance during the school holidays

Good morning, hope those of you with children are enjoying the school holidays. I've spent most of these holidays working at Weleda and trying to get over a cold that came back after I had thought I had beaten it! So I have heeded my own advice and been in bed by 8.30 pm a couple of nights in a row, and think this has made a huge difference.

My aim for the next few days is to get outside while the sun is shining. I'm going to blow off a few cobwebs and walking our dog, whom unfortunately hasn't had her daily walks since I've been working and recuperating.

I'm currently awaiting my organic acid test results - can be too far away now, and i'm re-doing my hair test for food and environmental sensitivities, to see what has changed over the last few years.

I'm currently preparing to have a stall at the International Mandela Day Celebration on Saturday 22nd July at the Napier Conference Centre, 48 Marine Parade. I'll be there letting you know your biological age (how young you body is!). So come along between 10.30 am and 4.00 pm and introduce yourself and check out your age.

Take care and rug up with these winter days, and we'll chat again soon.
